The problem

Anyone about to build or remodel in Puerto Rico first faces a question they cannot answer: which of all the permits applies to them. Then they find that requirements, documents and timelines change by municipality, and that getting it wrong means starting over.

No off-the-shelf software models that. A form platform collects data, but it does not know what to ask or where to send it. The real complexity lives in the domain, and that logic has to be built.

Who built PermisosPro?

Staion Systems, the B2B unit of Staion Venture Builder based in Medellín, Colombia, responsible for architecture, development and production launch.

Why does a permit process need its own platform?

Because the complexity is not in the form but in the rules: each of the 78 municipalities has different requirements, documents and timelines, and the applicant almost never knows which permit applies. Off-the-shelf software does not model that.
