ForteVerse

A marketplace that quotes by itself.

ForteVerse connects companies that need to train their teams with providers verified by results. The need comes in written in natural language and comes out as a proposal, a quote and an assigned provider.

The problem

Quoting corporate training was slow, manual work.

A company that needs to train its people does not know who to call. It asks around, gets proposals in different formats, compares prices that are not comparable and ends up choosing on instinct. On the other side, good providers compete with those who are merely good at selling themselves.

The traditional middleman solves this with people making calls. That works up to a point and then breaks.

  • Needs described in informal language
  • Proposals with no comparable format
  • Providers vetted by reputation, not by data
  • Manual coordination that does not scale

We came in with an idea for a platform and walked out with a product in production. What I value most is that the conversation started with architecture, not with a list of features.

Questions

About ForteVerse.

What is ForteVerse?

ForteVerse is a corporate training marketplace by Forte Global. A company describes what it needs to train in its team and the platform structures that need, generates the proposal and the quote, and connects it with providers verified by real results.

Who built ForteVerse?

Staion Systems, the B2B unit of Staion Venture Builder based in Medellín, Colombia, for Forte Global. It acted as the full technical team: architecture, development and production launch.

What results has ForteVerse had?

According to figures published by the platform, it has trained more than 30,000 people, has a network of over 250 verified providers and an average satisfaction above 96.5%.

What role does artificial intelligence play?

AI is used where it removes real work: reading the training need described by the client, structuring it and turning it into a proposal and a quote with no manual intervention. It does not replace provider vetting, which rests on measured results.
