Centurion Restaurant Group runs four dining brands: Bulla Gastrobar (Spanish tapas), Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar (Peruvian cuisine), Beehive Kitchen and Havana Harry's (Cuban cuisine).
Its locations are spread across Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Tampa, Orlando and Aventura in Florida, Plano in Texas, and Reston and Bethesda in the Washington D.C. area. Coordinating several brands across several cities turns any internal process into a problem of scale.
